Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) 2026 – 2027 Academic Year Entrance and Scholarship Exam held for students who are citizens of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC); Republic of Türkiye citizens who have completed four uninterrupted years of high school or an equivalent institution in the TRNC; and international students studying in either the TRNC or Türkiye who wish to apply to Medicine or Dentistry programs, took place on Saturday, 6 June 2026. Total of 1,522 candidates took the exam held simultaneously in exam centers located in Famagusta, Nicosia, Ankara, Istanbul and Mersin. As previously announced by EMU, the exam was held simultaneously at five different locations between 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., offering easier access to the participants.

Continuing its tradition of attracting strong interest each year, the EMU Entrance and Scholarship Exam brought together numerous prospective students seeking to pursue a high-quality university education with scholarship opportunities. Alongside the exam centers in Famagusta and Nicosia, centers established in Ankara, Istanbul, and Mersin also received substantial participation. After completing the required registration and identity verification procedures, candidates were admitted to the examination halls, and the examination process was carried out smoothly and successfully.

Exam Results and Registration Process
Following the evaluation of the exam results, candidates will be placed in academic programs based on their scores and preferences, and their scholarship entitlements will be determined accordingly. Detailed information regarding the placement and registration procedures will be announced through the University’s official website and social media platforms after the results are released. Students admitted to EMU will also have the opportunity to complete their registration by taking advantage of the University’s flexible payment plans and early payment options, in line with their program preferences.
