EMU TOLES Alumni Summit Brings Students and Graduates Together

The “2026 TOLES Alumni Summit”, organized by Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Student Development, Events and Sports Affairs Directorate in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, was held on 22 May 2026 at 2:30 p.m. at LA1 Amphitheatre located in the Faculty of Law building.

At the summit bringing together EMU graduates who have built careers in the legal profession, participants were provided with insights into professional experiences and information regarding the TOLES examination process. The event featured Assistant Prosecutor Ali Yeğen from the Attorney General’s Office of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, as well as lawyers Ece E. Bulut, Suphi B. Baltacı, and Aslı Özbeyrak as guest speakers. Throughout the event, the speakers shared their professional experiences and discussed their career journeys in the field of law with students.

The event attracted significant interest and contributed to enhancing students’ awareness of the legal profession while fostering meaningful interaction between alumni and current students. The program concluded with the presentation of certificates of appreciation to students serving on the TOLES team under the EMU Law Club, and plaques to the guest speakers in recognition of their valuable contributions.
