Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Exercise and Sports Sciences student Emre Kaplan represented Türkiye as part of the Turkish Cycling Federation National Team at the International Belgian Track Meeting, held in Ghent, Belgium, between 17–19 April.

In his remarks on the matter, EMU Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Kılıç emphasized the University’s commitment to sports and athletes, stating: “It is a great source of pride for us to see our students represent the National Team on international platforms. By being included in the National Team squad, Emre Kaplan has made us proud and contributed to Turkish sport.”

EMU continues to support its students not only in their academic pursuits but also in sports, while contributing to their representation in the international arena.
