Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Institute of Graduate Studies and Research organized “Postgraduate Information Days” with the aim of promoting its graduate education programs. The event series, which commenced on 13 May and will continue until 10 June, introduces the University’s master’s and doctoral programs offered by various faculties to prospective students.
Covering a wide range of academic disciplines—from the Faculties of Arts and Sciences, Engineering, Health Sciences, and Communication to the Faculties of Education, Tourism, Law, Business and Economics, Computer and Information Sciences, and Architecture—the information days provide prospective students with an opportunity to learn about the University’s postgraduate programs. Through sessions held on scheduled dates and venues, each faculty introduces its graduate programs, academic curricula, and research opportunities.
Alongside presentations on application requirements, language of instruction, curriculum content, and career opportunities, the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research will also offer prospective students comprehensive guidance on general matters such as admission procedures, scholarship opportunities, and tuition fees.
Making remarks on the topic, Institute Director Prof. Dr. Ali Hakan Ulusoy stated, “With the Postgraduate Information Days, we seek to provide prospective students with a comprehensive understanding of our University’s robust academic environment, research capabilities, and interdisciplinary learning opportunities. Beyond promoting our programs, these events serve as an important platform for supporting students in shaping their future academic and professional paths”.
Through these events, EMU strives to provide students considering postgraduate education with extensive information and support as they make decisions regarding their academic and professional futures.
